CAPTain Analysis & Subjective
CAPTain Analysis is an online test measuring the individual’s work-related behavioral competencies (attitudes, characteristics, behavioral patterns, personality traits). It is suitable for identifying ones’ job fit or potentials, therefore being effective in supporting selection, development and coaching. The test can also be used for group evaluations (see: Services).
CAPTain analysis meets the requirements of international and hungarian professional standards and respects rights to privacy.

What does the test measure?
CAPTain Analysis impartially characterizes across the 38 variables of the CAPTain competence model, the individual’s:
- work attitude and work style
- leadership competencies or potential leadership competencies with ones’ usual teamwork role
- decisiveness
- group attitude and cooperativeness
- personal change management
- developmental potentials
Test results can be supplemented by CAPTain profiles, which can visualize the given jobs’ requirements and the respondent’s suitability level compared to the ideal values.
CAPTain Subjective
We use CAPTain Subjective as a complementary questionnaire for CAPTain Analysis, thus revealing the respondent’s self image and self-knowledge along the measured competencies.

The differences between the two tests’ results can provide important information for a further interview or the developmental process.
Reports
We are offering different types of reports about the tests’ results. Some of them can be used as a feedback for the tested individual him-/herself, but some of them are suitable for HR professionals and consultants to get a detailed picture about the person. Our consultants are happy to help you with the interpretation of these reports and we are also organising trainings for HR professionals to get a better understanding of the reports.
CAPTain Standard report package
This report package is about the results of CAPTain Analysis and Subjective test, containing 3 individual reports. First, an 11 pages long description about the results of CAPTain Analysis in an easily interpretable way. For interpreting the other two reports in this package professional knowledge about CAPTain tests is required. One of them is the graphical report, which summarizes all results in one page, visually presenting the attained scores on various competencies and respective self-knowledge. Supplemented by the CAPTain profiles, the respondent’s suitability can be determined (even in percentages).The third element of the package is the combinational report showing the potential opportunities and risks about the person based on the combination of his/her results on different factors.

CAPTain Advanced report package
This report package provides the most detailed information about the results of the two tests. The package contains 3 individual reports. First, a 45 pages long description presenting the results of both the CAPTain Analysis & CAPTain Subjective in an easily interpretable way. The second one is the graphical report which visualizes and summarizes the results of Analysis and Subjective. It can be supplemented with CAPTain Profiles which shows the job fit of the person and produces a percentage value to measure this fit. The third element of the package is the combinational report showing the potential opportunities and risks about the person based on the combination of his/her results on different factors.

CAPTain Interview report – additional
CAPTain Interview report is highly effective in supporting interviews of employee selection process. The report can be useful not just for HR professionals, but managers or leaders who hasn’t got a wide range of interview routine.
This report contains a description about those competencies of the individual, where the subject’s values are graded outstanding or dangerous, or deviate from the ideal values within the position’s requirements, In an interview situation, these are the competencies worth discussing further. The report also contains competency-based interview questions, which provide help for the user to point out the questionable competencies for the interviewee. Another advantage of the CAPTain Interview report is showing the differences and similarities between self image and the test results, and visualizes them in a summary table at the end of the report, which can be supplemented by the interviewers own observations.

CAPTain Coaching report – additional
The CAPTain Coaching report is highly effectively in supporting the developmental process. The report can be easily interpreted by anyone, professional knowledge about the CAPTain evaluating system is not required. It is primarily useful for HR consultants or professionals and coaches, but managers or leaders can also use this report for self development.
This report contains a description about those competencies of the individual, which are evaluated as outstanding or risky or hardly meet the requirements of the job given. These are the competenciesworth discussing further during a developmental process. The report also contains competency-based interview questions, which helps the user to point out the questionable competencies in a coaching process. Another advantage of the CAPTain Coaching report that it shows the differences and similarities between self image and the test results which can be a base for the developmental process.
The report ends with a developmental plan, giving the opportunity to summarize the strengths and areas to be developed.
